Instructions
- Beat the eggs in the mixing bowl until fluffy
- Add the icing sugar and oil
- On low speed add the yogurt, cinnamon and lastly the baking powder and the flour
- Beat the mixture for 1 minute on the 1st speed and for 3 minutes on the 2nd speed
- Place 550-570gr of the dough in a half kilo baking tin
- Bake the cake at 180°C for 45’
